Shift Manager
What you'll do
- You will safely coordinate the activities and the people operating the production lines in order to achieve the production plan under Alka’s quality parameters.
- You will ensure that the duties of your subordinates are carried out.
- You will be the key role in improving results and leading the team towards higher level of performance.
